The Davidson County Circuit Court Clerk provides access to general case search information as well as subscriptions to CaseLink. Order of Protection and Sealed Case searches will reflect “No Records Accessible”. Documents that are public record in those cases may be requested directly with the Clerk’s Office. This information is offered as a public service and is for informational purposes only.
